You watched Alice wander through Wonderland and James float around on overgrown fruit, now Join Willa as she saves the wondrous but wilting world of WhyNot. Once what mattered most to Willa was nature, free time, and fitting in. When her hair starts defying gravity and other weird stuff happens, other things matter more. Turns out retrieving stolen goods, protecting impish new friends, banishing badness, and restoring magic to a sometimes nonsensical world is as hard as it sounds - even if you are 10.

Michelle O'Hara Levin is an educator who adores good, old-fashioned childishness. She comes from a family of storytellers, so at an early age she learned to appreciate a good laugh, a good cry, and a tall tale. Once upon a time, she taught Kindergartners and reveled with them in perpetual discovery and everyday magic. Today, she writes stories in Washington, DC and has adventures with her husband, her two (mostly) precious sons, and their sweet dog, Otto. A southerner at heart, Michelle graduated cum laude from Rice University and holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Virginia.
